Well everyone, looks like it's finally summer vacation, and my goodness am I ever loving it even only a few days in it, considering I no longer have the stress that I used to have on my shoulders while in school. Getting back to my art has been my primary concern as of late, considering with exams and other school worries (including family life and friends) little time to work on anything has come up until just recently, which is the only reason why my latest photo-manipulation (Tree) ever appeared- I finally had time to work!


However recently I've been at the mercy of art block and another sort of road block in that sense, as because I do photo-manipulations mostly, I require stock art or something to build off of, and lately I have not been running into terribly good photos or references of the like for the images I have in mind. Honestly, I have had terrible luck finding good stock photos free to use- It sucks how most of the good ones are only allowed to be used if you pay or sign up to the site (which requires payment of some sort. Some as ridiculous as $200 a month!), but I suppose that's normal. If any of you know of any good stock imaging sites please feel free to post a link to those sites in a comment. I'd really appreciate it, and it would help get some more work up in my gallery (I've been looking for awhile and come up dry)


On a lighter note, now that Summer is here I'll also be trying to go places around the island like the many parks that surround the area where I live in- Of course I'll be hanging around the city with my friends if I ever get the chance haha.


Also I seemed to have also become obsessed with my PS3 again..I hope it won't deter me from working on my art a little, though I don't doubt it D: curse my love of video games and tech things. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy your summer and have fun while you can as it doesn't last forever D:
